The Stand!

The start to the weekend could have been better, I left work on the Friday night around 3 and made my way home to collect everything I would need for the weekend.
After an initially difficult setup with carvan problems we got the stand sorted, and it was time to party. Drinking and hilarity ensued and included football, cards and
best of all the parking of Bunny's Land Rover into a ditch. Night fell and all parties were in bed before around 1 AM!

Saturday morning we awoke early and surveyed the devastation - there were plenty of empty bottles as you can imagine, and the site did look like s bomb had dropped.
Whilst we waited for Chris to get up, the rest of us tidied the the beer bottles and got ready for the day. At around 8 the other vehicles started to arrive, and luckily
Paul arrived with all our wood. The setup of the stand began, and with much ado the vehicles were arranged and ready for the public to view.

The Saturday was reasonably quiet, and yet once the public were gone the drinking began and hilarity did of course ensue - less cars were placed in the ditch on Saturday.
But just as much fun was had, and discussions were held late into the night about the stand on Sunday and of course the Roadsure girls :-)!

Super Stand

Sunday was very hot and most of the day was spent nursing hangovers and attempting to avoid the sun by lying under the various vehicles. The Twinaxle stand won 3rd place
so its all to play for next year!!
